How does Loan Against Property or Mortgage Loans work?

You require PAN Card, Aadhar Card, 3 Months Salary Slips (for Salaried), Form 16 or 3 Years ITR, Business Registration (for Business Owners & Professionals), GST Certificate, Bank Statements & Processing Fees Cheque. You also require Property Related documents (Agreement, Property Ownership Documents, Chain of Title, etc). Few more documents could be called for by the financer.
